Instructions
- In 3 litre (5pt) saucepan combine milk and double cream.
- Cook over low heat until warm (6-8 minutes).
- In large mixer bowl combine remaining ingredients.
- Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth (2–3 minutes).
- Gradually stir into milk mixture.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Pour into ice cream container and place into deep freezer.
